Questions PMO leads ask
No. There's no task scheduling or Gantt today. Projects carry milestones with baseline, forecast and actual dates, and AlignX works out the slip. A work-item module with a Microsoft Planner round trip is on our roadmap, not built.
Yes, by tier. Every project passes Plan approved, lower tiers skip the later gates, and a project not yet scored gets every gate.
Partly. The project manager enters the new forecast; AlignX works out the slip and flags the waiting work. An approved change request moves the approved budget and go-live date by its stated impact. Bookings and benefit dates stay put until someone changes them.
The project's sponsor or accountable executive. The project manager and the person who started the gate can never approve it.
A rejection needs a written reason. The project stops at that gate and its manager gets a task to address the feedback.
Not today. Status comes from check-ins in AlignX, and a project's health is the worst of its latest schedule, budget and scope ratings.
