What teams ask.
Do I need Power Automate?
No. Workflows run on AlignX’s own engine inside your Microsoft environment. Power Automate is how you reach systems outside it, like Jira or ServiceNow.
Who can build a workflow?
Anyone your admin gives the Workflow Studio role. Building is drag and drop; there is no code to write.
Can I change a workflow that is already published?
Yes. Publish a new version. The version history stays with the workflow, so you can see what changed and when.
Where do I see what a workflow did?
On the record it acted on, in its Workflow tab, and on the workflow itself in Run history.
Does it work on any record?
Yes. A workflow can run against any object in the model: a risk, a contract, a project, an application, a person.
